This was, without a doubt, the best hotel resort we've ever stayed at. From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the moment we left, every detail exceeded our expectations. I initially chose this hotel for its aesthetic, but it was even more stunning in person than the photos could ever capture. Every part of the hotel was immaculate, and our room was spotless every day. The resort is breathtakingly beautiful, with endless photo-worthy spots—from the beach to the pool to the restaurants. It’s truly one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever seen. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. From the very first moment we arrived, every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and offered lunch while we waited for our room. When we got to our room, we had an incredible view of both the pool and the beach—such a beautiful spot to relax. The staff at the restaurants were warm, friendly, and always made sure we were well taken care of. They remembered our drink preferences and were always genuinely excited to see us when we arrived. The team at the pool and beach bars went out of their way to make our experience even better, offering special drinks and assisting us whenever needed. It felt like they anticipated our needs before we even said a word, and that level of attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. One example that really stood out: I started to get a sore throat during our stay, and the staff at the buffet immediately made me a hot drink with ginger, lemon, and mint. They even sent some to our room for later. The next day, when we went to the pool, they already had my hot drink ready for me. Little gestures like this made all the difference and showed how much the staff cares. We became friends with the staff and were genuinely sad to leave them. They were not only incredibly professional but also seemed like real friends by the end of our stay. They truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a perfect experience, and I sincerely hope they are well-compensated for their hard work. The resort has a laid-back vibe, with a blend of club music and a relaxed atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to unwind and relax, this is the perfect spot. There are friendly staff members who offer massages and facials, but they are never pushy—just there if you’re interested. As for the food, it was outstanding. The buffet had a wide variety of options that changed every night with different themes, and each dish was delicious. We also dined at one of the specialty restaurants for a night, and the food there was equally impressive. I can’t recommend this resort enough. It's hands down my favorite hotel, and I’m already looking forward to coming back when I return to Sharm. If you’re looking for top-tier service, a stunning setting, and an unforgettable experience, this is the place to stay!

位置:離海邊很近，非常方便 餐廳:整體一般，預製菜水平，除了主餐廳都需要提前預約，預約機很難用，都是中下水平。 浮潛:浮潛有棧道，水很清，不錯 服務:中規中矩 衞生:挺不錯，酒店管理規範 房間:訂房網站房型不準，最好提前確認好 落日景色很好，國內4星度假村水平

客觀的講這個酒店硬件軟件都還湊合，但埃及人就是一貫的忽悠，吸取了一個教訓，以後在埃及碰到服務人員的承諾，務必留下證據，否則出爾反爾，一點招都沒有。總之這是一個不會再來的酒店。

非常好的入住體驗！浮潛資源一流，房間無敵泳池加海景，四個餐廳選擇多樣，服務熱情態度周到！每天自然醒就下海，上水就吃飯，還遇到啤酒節活動，連躺四天！

Il posto è decisamente magico. Pulito ed accogliente. Le stanze grandi e dotate di ogni confort. Noi avevamo una vista mare bellissima. Letto king divano tv bollitore casetta sicurezza armadio gigante bagno funzionale con doccia extralarge.A completare il tutto un piccolo terrazzino con sedie e tavolo dove guardare il mare. Frigo bar gratis. Il mare a due passi, la spiaggia curata e pulita con una passerella che ti portava oltre la barriera corallina. Posizione resort centrale vicina l’aeroporto. Lo staff impeccabile, gentili, molti parlano italiano. I 6 ristoranti e i 5 bar all inclusive erano sempre in attività. C’era anche una piscina. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.
